Medication decisions often happen with only part of the picture. Biology, prescriptions, clinical history and everyday experience live in different places. The person at the center deserves better-connected care.
Twinome AI is building a medication intelligence network around a patient-controlled Medication Passport. It brings genomic, clinical, pharmacy, claims, wearable and patient-reported context into a longitudinal intelligence graph—then makes that context useful in the clinician’s real workflow.
Our starting point is pharmacogenomic context. Our ambition is broader: a trusted layer between a person’s biology and every prescription they will ever receive, with consent, provenance and explainability built in.
